Tracey Wozniak

Tracey Wozniak joined TriUnity Law Group in July 2023.  Most recently, Tracey served as a Senior Paralegal at Sumitomo Pharma America Holdings and as a Contract & Patent Administrator at Rubius Therapeutics.  Prior to working in the legal field, Tracey had a 20-year career in Higher Education.  Her specialty is assisting clients in organizing their SOP’s and contract protocols, selecting ECMS tools and databases, supporting and triaging workflows and processes, and maintaining and updating contract filing systems.  In addition to contract management, Tracey also reviews and negotiates confidential disclosure agreements, consulting agreements and master service agreements.  Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Babson College, a Masters degree in Higher Education from the University of South Carolina, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy from Johnson and Wales University.  Additionally, she has earned her certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University and a Clinical Trial Management certificate from Worcester State University.
