TriUnity’s managing members have held key management positions in law, business development, and operations in public and private companies. They also have scientific backgrounds that enable them to understand your technology and talk directly to your scientists on their own terms.
We take a flexible approach to how we work with our clients. Some clients want us to join them as part-time or interim in-house counsel. In this role, we provide on-site services and may join the management team. We can manage the overall legal function, including compliance, contracts, and intellectual property. We can also oversee the legal budget and review invoices. These arrangements are typically based on a fixed fee, although we can work on an hourly basis as well. Other clients prefer to engage us on a project-by-project or as-needed basis. Another way that we can help is by accessing our strong network of professionals to provide expert support for legal specialties such as FDA regulation, labor & employment, litigation, and immigration.
We hire lawyers with different levels of experience and billing rates. We offer a range of different billing rates and a variety of payment structures tailored to fit your needs, including fixed fees and retained services. We have a low overhead business model that allows us to charge rates that are half or less of what larger law firms charge.
