Krisandra Cuenta

Krisandra Cuenta joined TriUnity Law Group in June 2022. Most recently, Krisandra served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Imara Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to developing novel therapeutics to treat patients suffering from rare inherited genetic disorders of hemoglobin and other serious diseases. At Imara, she was responsible for negotiating and drafting an array of life sciences contracts, including confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, service agreements, and clinical trial agreements. Prior to Imara, Krisandra served as Corporate Counsel and Technology Transfer Manager at Addgene, Inc., the non-profit plasmid repository. While at Addgene, Krisandra spearheaded the creation and implementation of the company’s comprehensive General Data Protection and Regulation regime. Krisandra holds a juris doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, magna cum laude with honors, from Babson College. Krisandra is licensed to practice law in New York and Massachusetts.
