Alyssa Mill

Alyssa Mill joined TriUnity Law Group in January 2025. Previously, she served as a Legal Consultant at Astria Therapeutics Inc., a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing therapies for allergic and immunological diseases. At Astria, Alyssa negotiated and drafted life sciences contracts, implemented a contract lifecycle management system, and collaborated on global privacy and compliance programs, including GDPR compliance and data privacy policy development. Before Astria, Alyssa was a Legal Assistant at Gulf Oil, L.P., where she supported corporate and general counsel on matters involving litigation, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and regulatory affairs. Alyssa earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
