Zachary Kosan

Zak Kosan joined TriUnity Law Group in December 2023. Prior to joining TriUnity, Zak served as Intellectual Property Counsel at AZTherapies, Inc., a privately-held, clinical stage, pharmaceutical company, where he was responsible for managing the company’s patent portfolio, coordinating patent prosecution, and managing and negotiating intellectual property license agreements. Zak has also worked with Axiom, supporting clinical trial contracting for multiple multinational pharmaceutical clients, and with Factor Law, supporting contract drafting and negotiating corporate and life sciences contracts, including service agreements, research agreements, and material transfer agreements.  Zak holds a Juris Doctor with concentrations in intellectual property and corporate law from Northeastern University School of Law, a Master of Science in Basic Medical Science with a focus on developmental cell biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis. Zak is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and is a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court.
