Roman Gorokhov

Roman Gorokhov joined TriUnity in May 2024. He spent several years working as an associate in the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice at Mintz Levin, P.C., where he advised clients from Series Seed financing to IPO and oversaw a wide range of corporate and financial transactions. Roman previously served as an associate in Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP’s Mergers & Acquisitions group. Roman also has more than seven years of experience in finance, starting his career in equity research at J.P. Morgan Investment Bank, where he provided analysis across various sectors in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and was ultimately advanced to Vice President. After leaving J.P. Morgan, Roman led the Venture Investments Team at SeedInvest in New York, overseeing deal sourcing and investment strategy in the technology and consumer retail sectors. He holds a JD from Boston College Law School and a B.S. in Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology. Roman is registered to practice law in Massachusetts.
