Amanda Vendig

Amanda joined TriUnity Law Group in April of 2024.  Amanda is a seasoned transactional attorney who brings over 17 years of experience working with life sciences and technology clients.  Most recently, Amanda served as Assistant General Counsel of Parexel International, a global contract research organization.  At Parexel, Amanda was responsible for drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements for global clinical trials, including master services agreements, consulting agreements, clinical trial agreements, nondisclosure agreements, data and technology licensing agreements and research collaboration agreements.  While at Parexel, Amanda also worked closely with internal stakeholders to provide legal advice on data privacy and regulatory issues impacting Parexel’s clinical trial services. Prior to her role at Parexel, Amanda spent 13 years as an Associate at Foley Hoag LLP, where her practice primarily focused on supporting startups and emerging companies with a diverse array of legal issues including, entity formation, founders’ agreements, equity incentive plans, seed and venture capital financings and contract preparation and negotiation to support the development and commercialization of clients’ products and services.  Amanda earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.  Amanda is licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
