Alexandra Mosco

Alexandra (Alex) Mosco joined TriUnity Law Group in January 2024.  Most recently, Alex served as Associate Director, Contracts and Legal Counsel at Enanta Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a clinical stage biotechnology company dedicated to creating oral drugs with an emphasis on for indications in virology and immunology.  Alex joined Enanta in May 2017 and was responsible for the contracting activities for the Research, Clinical and Corporate functions of Enanta.  She handled a wide variety of agreements including confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, service agreements, and clinical trial agreements.  While at Enanta, Alex led its compliance efforts relating to the EU General Data Protection Regulation and associated data privacy regulations including liaising with Enanta’s data privacy consultant, negotiating necessary data privacy terms and agreements and providing advice and training to Enanta employees and consultants.  Prior to Enanta, Alex served as Agreement Associate at the Partners (now Mass General Brigham) Clinical Trials Office supporting the contracting activities related to industry sponsored clinical research at the Partners entities.  Alex holds a juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Legal Studies, summa cum laude, from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.  Alex is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
