Todd Chiaramida

Todd Chiaramida joined TriUnity Law Group in November 2021 having more than fifteen years of legal experience in the life sciences industry. Todd has served as Associate General Counsel at Alere, a publicly traded company, where he had responsibility for corporate and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation matters in which he worked closely with all functions of the business. He also served as the lead counsel for the toxicology products group at Alere where he had broad responsibility for legal guidance within that group. Most recently, Todd held a legal advisory position with a Fortune 50 pharmaceutical company in which he worked closely with business partners and procurement managers in multiple therapeutic areas to manage and negotiate agreements in pre-clinical and clinical categories. Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in English, a juris doctor degree from New York Law School, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University. Todd is registered to practice law in Massachusetts.
