Mike Gibbs

Mike Gibbs joined TriUnity Law Group in March of 2025. Mike is a seasoned corporate and securities attorney with over twenty years of experience working with life sciences and technology companies. Most recently, Mike served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of T2 Biosystems, Inc., a Nasdaq listed medical device company. At T2 Biosystems, Mike was directly responsible for the corporate legal, intellectual property, business development, and IT functions and led the company’s efforts to raise over $500 million in capital through a variety of equity and debt financings. Prior to T2 Biosystems, Mike served as the Vice President and General Counsel for Keystone Dental, a private equity-backed medical device company. Mike began his career at the law firm of Bingham McCutchen (now Morgan Lewis) in Boston where his practice focused on advising public and private companies and their stakeholders in life sciences, technology, and other sectors at every stage of growth and operations, from company formation through exit. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University and a juris doctor degree, from Boston College Law School. Mike is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Prior to law school, Mike was a major in the US Marine Corps.
